Courage is Being Scared to Death but Saddling Up Anyway - John Wayne-
It is hard to talk to someone you don't know about stuff that isn't going well.
Anyone who doesn't stay down or searches for help when it is needed....is a Hero!
Giving up is not an option.
We are here to assist you in your courageous journey!
Vonna provides counseling and psychotherapy for senior individuals, caregivers, adults, veterans and their spouses.
